These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the StageHopper website and mobile apps (the “Service”), operated by Jazkarta, Inc. d/b/a StageHopper (“we,” “us,” www.jazkarta.com). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

StageHopper provides map-first guides to multi-venue events — clustered maps, image galleries, search, on-device location display, and optional local reminders. The Service is provided free of charge. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of it at any time.

Event information & third-party links

Event data (titles, times, venues, capacity, images) is aggregated from public sources and third parties and may be incomplete, out of date, or inaccurate. Always confirm details on the official event/RSVP page before relying on them. The Service links out to third-party sites and services (for example Partiful for RSVPs and Mapbox for maps); we do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.

Acceptable use

• Use the Service for personal, non-commercial event discovery.
• Don't scrape, overload, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Service, and don't use it for unlawful purposes.

Intellectual property

The StageHopper name, design, and original content are owned by Jazkarta, Inc. Event content belongs to its respective organizers and sources.

No warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of event information.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jazkarta, Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any missed events, reliance on event information, or third-party services, arising from your use of the Service.

Changes & governing law

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Jazkarta, Inc. is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
